CPA Pad Publisher Terms
Effective date: 9 October 2026.
CPA Pad is operated by Ogunyele Ahmed Adewale. Contact support and privacy requests at contact@cpapad.com.
Accounts and eligibility
Publishers must be at least 18, provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. Registration and saving profile details do not activate an account. Completing onboarding requires accepting the published terms and acknowledging age eligibility. Account and campaign access require review. Approval does not guarantee access to every offer or earnings.
Promotion and qualifying events
Follow each offer’s event definition, geography, devices, permitted traffic sources, attribution window and restrictions. Bots, fabricated engagement, false evidence, impersonation, misleading claims and self-referrals are prohibited. Rules for existing customers, incentives, social media, email, paid search and brand bidding are specified by the offer. Use the assigned tracking link; a click alone does not earn a commission.
Earnings and validation
Trusted advertiser events create pending conversions with the payout terms saved at acceptance. Pending amounts are not withdrawable. CPA Pad reviews evidence and can reject invalid results. Disputes, duplicate events, refunds, cancellations or documented fraud can lead to rejection or reversal. Recorded decisions and original financial history are preserved. Displayed earnings do not prove a bank transfer.
Maturity and bank payouts
Approved earnings must pass both their saved validation deadline and payment deadline, with the publisher remaining eligible. The current payment policy uses UTC calendar-month periods followed by the configured payment interval, initially 30 days. Subsequent policy changes do not rewrite existing deadlines. Payout requests must meet the current minimum, available balance and account checks. Nigerian bank payouts are processed manually in NGN after bank details and eligibility are reviewed. A request or approval is not proof of transfer. Paid status requires recorded confirmation and a transfer reference. Automatic, international and cryptocurrency payouts are unavailable.
Adjustments and disputes
Provide relevant evidence through the conversion dispute workflow. Reversals preserve earlier transactions and may create recovery debt if earnings have already been paid. Later eligible earnings may offset recorded recovery debt. Account restrictions do not erase financial history. Contact contact@cpapad.com for an explanation or review of a decision.
Privacy and versions
Read the published privacy policy and tracking disclosure. Avoid sending unnecessary customer personal data. Publisher consent is recorded against the exact published version. Material changes are published as a new version with applicable notice.
